By accessing MockHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MockHub.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Content

• Mock drafts, scouting notes, and other content you create remain yours
• By posting content, you grant MockHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform
• You may not post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

5. Expert Accounts

• Expert status is granted at MockHub's sole discretion
• Expert accounts are non-transferable
• MockHub may revoke Expert status at any time

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: scrape or systematically extract platform data; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; harass or impersonate other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The MockHub name, logo, platform design, and original code are owned by MockHub. Player statistics and names are factual data not owned by MockHub.

8. Disclaimers

MockHub is provided “as is.” Mock drafts are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy of draft predictions or player data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MockHub after changes constitutes acceptance.
